The Twin Falls Brewing Company
building, an historic structure listed on the National Historical Register, now a brewery, pub and home of Pandora’s
restaurant, was originally a flour mill. Past and present employees have mentioned hearing footsteps and other strange and
sometimes eerie noises as well as seeing shadow people. Over the years, reports have been recorded of presences felt
and unexplainable apparitions and disturbances.
There is story about a ghost from the Idahome mill 1900-1949 given the name "Flour
Fred" after a worker was killed during an industrial accident. Is the accident responsible for the
lingering presence of paranormal behavior, attributable to ‘Flour Fred’. There are other possibilities being investigated.
Historic & National Registry number of the site is 95001059.
The stairwell to the brewery has a story of
an associated ghostly presence. The stairwell originally was located back east. It is said, a lady had fallen down
the stairwell and died. The building was dismantled and the stairwell ended up in the Trail Creek, Pandora’s building found
and bought for new construction. The story came with the stairwell.
